One-Liner Wednesday — Kill ’em with kindness!

Join Linda G Hill’s “One-Liner Wednesday!” It’s easy and fun. Clicking on all the pingbacks is a great quick way to find a little inspiration or a laugh or two!

I had the great fortune to fly with a person like this last week…it’s inspiring to meet someone with this quality, and it’s a great reminder for myself when I am tempted to respond to rudeness with rudeness!

I completely agree. The way I look at it also, is that we don’t always know the origin of their rudeness. Maybe they were having a bad day, lost a loved one or didn’t feel well. We never know what others are going through, so we should strive to be kind – always.

No, you never know. Even if someone goes beyond “rude” and enters the arena of “just plain mean” it’s still healthier to respond as kindly as you can.

Ce sujet, mériterait un plus long débat…

Je crois qu’il y a beaucoup de choses à dire sur ce sujet. Plusieurs points de référence — d’une personne méchante, d’une personne blessée, quand les deux sont la même personne… c’est compliqué !
